Note: For this recipe, Evans infused Flower Co.’s Ice Dream strain into the Cinnamon Cardamom CBD Simple Syrup, measuring at a total of 8.6 per cent CBD and 7.7 per cent THC before decarboxylation. Remember, your numbers will differ depending on the strain you use, so be sure to calculate your own CBD/THC milligrams per serving before making your infusion.

- One 16-ounce Mason jar
- Cheesecloth
- Fine-mesh strainer
- Shaker tin

Ingredients:
Cinnamon Cardamom CBD Simple Syrup
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon whole cardamom pods
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 2.5 grams CBD-rich flower (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon food-grade vegetable glycerin

- Ice to fill mugs
- 4 ounces apple cider
