Doobie Nights is an immersive experience designed to take you on a wild ride somewhere completely out of this world. We promise a cannabis retail experience like no other, with state of the art sculptural installations, lighting design and constantly evolving projection mapped graphics, balanced with a welcoming community atmosphere, a wide selection of quality products, and a fun and friendly vibe.
The dispensary is adorned with sculptural installations infused with state of the art architecturally mapped LED lighting. This combination was designed by Carey Thompson of Galactivation, who is an internationally respected artist. Brian Pinkham of Photonic Bliss developed the lighting technology incorporated into the design of our store’s interior. To further enhance the experience, our illuminated sculptures are tastefully blended with projection mapped digital art and animation by Albertico Acosta and Virginia Barach of Tico Sighting.
Our friendly staff and interactive touch screens are here to offer more information on brands and products, make personalized recommendations and help make your shopping experience more magical. Whether you choose to order online, browse the shelves in the store, or opt for quick and convenient curbside pickup, we hope to offer something unique and make you feel special every time you visit Doobie Nights.
At Doobie Nights, we want to remind people that life is a string of unique experiences and magical moments that shape and define us. Each moment is a chance to connect, explore, and grow. We are confident that the Doobie Nights experience is one that you won’t soon forget.

Donald grew up nearby in Cloverdale and has worn many hats including running an auto detailing business, baking pastries, and working in construction. He is always great with people, lending an understanding ear and solving problems to keep the vibes high and the store running smoothly. He helps keep the team up to date and motivated with a positive presence as manager at Doobie Nights.
The best part of working at Doobie Nights, Donald says, is “helping a customer find the one product that helps them with whatever their needs may be.” He has experience with using cannabis for pain relief from injuries he sustained in the Navy, and loves sharing information and recommendations that can help bring healing, relief and happiness to people’s lives. We’re certainly glad to have Donald aboard and helping to steer the ship here at Doobie Nights!
Brandon grew up in Cottonwood, CA and was a barista before coming to Doobie Nights, which certainly seems to have left him with excellent customer service skills. Brandon is a dabber with a deep well of knowledge on all things concentrates and extraction methods. His favorite product on our menu currently is Humboldt Terp Council Wedding Cake Live Rosin. He enjoys playing guitar and video games while elevated.
Brandon quickly excelled at Doobie Nights and stepped up from budtender to a management role due to consistent badassery and demonstrated reliability. He's your go-to guy if you need recommendations on the latest live resin to hit our shelves, or apparently if you just want a really good PB&J. Brandon’s favorite part of working at Doobie Nights is "Either walking in first thing and getting the lights and music going, or introducing a first timer to cannabis and giving them the best experience possible both with cannabis and Doobie!"
Anthony grew up in Lake & Sonoma county and had done a little bit of everything in the cannabis industry before coming to Doobie Nights. "I've trimmed, lived on a farm, worked in production and behind the counter of various cannabis businesses. My love for the plant and the industry runs deep," he says. His long-standing experience in the industry certainly shines through in his knowledge of all things cannabis and his ability to help customers find what they’re looking for.
What’s his favorite part about working at Doobie Nights? Anthony says, "The whole thing. It's an honor and a privilege to do what we do. I really enjoy my job and everyone I get to work with." Aww. Well, the feeling is mutual! We are super grateful for Anthony’s contributions to the team and wealth of cannabis know-how.
Julia grew up right here in Santa Rosa and is a long-time fan of cannabis even though Doobie Nights was her first job in the industry. It’s definitely clear that she has customer service experience — her friendly smile and cannabis knowledge run deep. She is quickly becoming an expert on how cannabinoids like CBD and CBN work, and if you need recommendations on our best blunts, definitely hit her up!
Some people are just naturals at what they do and that’s certainly true of Julia. Her upbeat attitude helps keep our team in great spirits. Julia says her favorite part of working at Doobie Nights is “Seeing how happy customers are when they shop and how amazed they are at our store.” It’s always awesome when first-timers step thru the portal and have their minds blown, and Julia loves facilitating this experience. Come say hi next time you stop by the store!
Elias was born in Amman, Jordan and his family moved to the US when he was 7, settling in Sonoma County. Doobie Nights is his first job in the cannabis industry but he’s definitely not new to retail. Elias is always eager to help, learns quickly and has plenty of personal experience with cannabis to tap into.
Elias can often be found FaceTiming with his wife and adorable daughters on his breaks and keeping the store clean and tidy. His dedication to his family, work and learning about cannabis shines through in his daily work ethic. Elias says “My favorite part of the workday would have to be learning from my peers, brand ambassadors, and hearing about guests' experiences with our products.” Isn’t it great the way that cannabis can bring us together? Elias is great at helping everyone he encounters feel welcome and like family.
Sunny has always got a great smile and a product recommendation to share. A Santa Rosa native, she was a barista prior to working at Doobie Nights and her customer service skills certainly shine thru. And though this is her first job in cannabis, she says she’s amazed at how much she’s been able to learn in the first couple months. There’s always more to keep learning in the world of weed, and Sunny is definitely on it!
Always ready to help, you can ask Sunny about just about any cannabis topic and she’ll do her best to find you an answer. Her favorite part of the job is “educating someone on something they didn’t already know about cannabis” – we have to agree, it’s all about sharing knowledge and experiences with our canna community. Whether she’s chipping in on highway cleanup day or keeping things organized around the store, Sunny is a go-getter and we are super stoked to have her aboard the good ship Doobie Nights.
Megan came to Northern California as a “red state refugee” from Idaho, where there is little hope of weed ever being legal, in search of greener pastures. Literally. After living on the Mendocino Coast for ten years, she moved to Santa Rosa just as recreational cannabis was becoming legal in California and shifted from primarily festival marketing (with a little weed work on the side) to cannabis marketing (with a little festivaling on the side).
Megan is a one person Marketing department at Doobie Nights, overseeing the website, in-store promotions, advertising, social media, text and email campaigns, and event planning. She helps turn the team’s wild ideas into reality and takes a lot of notes at meetings, because, well, we’re all stoners around here. When she’s not creating content or responding to your comments on Instagram, she is likely gardening, buying her cats Mochi and Boba way too many toys, or planning her next traveling adventure.
Rudy represents NorCal with roots in Salinas and Cloverdale, and before he came to Doobie he worked in cannabis distribution and as a bartender. If you ever have cultivation questions, he’s a good person to ask about tips on plant care and nutrients, and of course he has experience with all kinds of consumption methods, too. Rudy says his favorite part of his day at Doobie Nights is meeting people that are on their first visit to a dispensary or first time cannabis consumers and helping them find the perfect products to suit their needs. He definitely excels at sending each person he helps home with a smile on their face.
You can usually find Rudy on the sales floor or at the front desk, ready to greet customers with a big smile and helpful recommendations. If you’re really lucky, you might even get to spot one of his adorable cats when he brings them in for a visit since Rudy is a proud cat dad. He loves to “get stoned with my lil cat fam… I go with bong rips and make them catnip tea. Got a Lil man named Lucifer and my little little one Tina Raven! Both litty kitties!” Don’t worry, they all have Instagram profiles so you can stay up to date on the latest litty kitty content!
